Caltrans' Employee Recognition Day

What a fun day! Yummy Bar-B-Q, great people, sunny day.....and yes......got couple hours off of work! hahaha. We got the executives aka Corridor Directors to serve us food !!! I love the scene. The food smells good (and looked delicious!). So many people were in line, probably the whole district. I decided to skip lunch and just walked around socializing and taking candids. I love how the pictures come out. I didn't take that many, it was too hot and sweaty for me. Especially having my heavy baby on my neck the whole time....I sweat like a pig! ewwww~

Mr. Joel Haven looked pretty bored. I love how he is holding that salad spoon and looking endlessly (probably thinking what to do with the projects on the I-15!!!). This is probably once in a life time opportunity to have such an executive served you food !

My cousin's graduation

My cousin graduated from CSUN but her portraits were taken at SDSU. lol. I think it is challenging to take graduation portraits because the gown is black and it could turn out to be under exposure. Not sure how well I did, there were barely sunlight. But here they are.....
